Concerts at the Flathead County Fair

In the coming weeks, Flathead Valley’s biggest summer event, the Flathead County Fair, will kick off with two legendary singers and local bands taking the stage!

🎸 Joan Jett & the Blackhearts — August 12 @ Kalispell Fairgrounds

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts ignite the Northwest Montana Fair grandstand on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Gates open at 7 p.m., with the show starting at 8:15 p.m.

Expect a high-voltage performance from a true rock legend. Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2015, Jett delivers classics like I Love Rock ’N’ Roll, Bad Reputation, and Crimson and Clover, backed by years of platinum-certified albums.

🎤 Scotty McCreery — August 13 @ Kalispell Fairgrounds

Country star Scotty McCreery takes the stage on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, with doors opening at 6 p.m., local opener Copper Mountain Band hitting the stage at 7:15 p.m., and McCreery at 8:15 p.m.

Since winning American Idol in 2011, McCreery has sold over four million albums and scored multiple No. 1 country hits, including “Damn Strait” and “You Time.” His rich baritone voice and heartfelt storytelling make for an unforgettable evening.

The Northwest Montana Fair & Rodeo runs August 12–17, 2025, and is renowned for its blend of community exhibits, carnival rides, livestock shows, and a full PRCA rodeo (Aug 14–16) before closing out with a mud‑bog race on Aug 17.
