The Value of Our People | Story Behind Our Who’s Who Wednesday

At Kalispell Toyota, we have nothing of greater value than our people. We respect the uniqueness of every individual and believe that such an attitude will build a team of confident, creative members possessing a high degree of initiative, self respect and self discipline. Not only do we respect the uniqueness, we want to share the uniqueness of every individual. That is why we started our Who’s Who Wednesday Facebook post.

Who’s Who Wednesday

Our Who’s Who Wednesday began a few years back. We choose one of our employees to highlight on our Facebook and Instagram pages and ask a few fun questions. We want to show the value of our people to the community. By getting to know your product Specialist, Cashier, Technician, or Service Writer a little better it becomes more than just another face when you visit our dealership. It also gives other employees a chance to get to know each other on a deeper level across all of our departments. Our aim is to provide an atmosphere that encourages employee teamwork, integrity and excellence.

Career Path

We love to grow our company from within. We have countless employees who have started in an entry level position at our dealership and have now grown into a Manger, or running an entire department. Because we have 3 dealerships within the Kalispell Auto Group (Toyota, Ford, and Volkswagen) there is a higher potential for growth.
