Our Process

To make the appraisal process as easy as possible, we recommend you do a few things to streamline everything.

• Set an Appointment: While we can take walk-ins (depending on how busy our staff is) it is greatly appreciated and encouraged to set an appointment before coming in!
• Wash your car: Washing the exterior of your car allows our team to more quickly value your vehicle (if not, we will wash the car ourselves at no additional cost)
• Be Prepared: Make sure you have the vehicle’s title and a form of identification (driver’s license). All parties on the title must be present.

Once you drop the car with one of our finance/appraisal team we will do a few things to begin valuing your vehicle! Our team will do a visual inspection and a test drive to make sure everything is in running order. Once everything is said and done, we will get back to you with the cash value of your vehicle and you can expect to get a check for that value the same day.

If you’ve got a lien or still have to payoff your vehicle, no problem! We will take care of the payoff and processing of the title. All you have to do is sign a few pieces of paperwork.
