When purchasing a new or used car it’s important to protect your vehicle against unforeseen circumstances.  We offer a variety of products to keep your vehicle looking and running its best.  Below we will go into further detail on the ones we think are most useful to our customers.

Vehicle Service Agreement (Warranty)

Crystal Fusion

Did you know the average life of a Montana windshield is 14 months?  Or that most newer model vehicle windshields must be recalibrated when they are replaced?  This can get pretty expensive over the course of five years if you do not have any kind of windshield protection.  With Crystal Fusion you get two types of coverage.  The first is a coating that actually molecularly fuses with the glass to form a hydrophobic barrier.  It enhances visibility in bad weather and strengthens glass weight load by up to ten times.  As a result, water beads up and rolls away, and small road debris ricochets off.  The second benefit is windshield repair or replacement program.

This covers you from stars, chips, or cracks caused by road hazards.  The windshield repair process bonds the glass together, restores strength, improves the breaks appearance, and prevents the break from spreading.  If the windshield can not be repaired, it will be replaced at no charge.  This includes the cost of glass, labor and recalibration.

Northwest Protection

This is a perfect array of coverage to keep your vehicle looking as new as possible.  With the Northwest Package you receive exterior, interior protection and Crystal Fusion.  Furthermore you will receive rental car allowance for up to $50.00 a day with a max of $250.00 for exterior and $150.00 for interior repairs.

Exterior Protection

In the event you get door dinged in a parking lot just make a claim and have it removed by our paintless dent removal specialist.  There is no limitation to the number of claims.  Although the material used on our roads in the winter is good for keeping ice at bay, it’s not so great for your vehicle’s wheels.  The Alloy Wheel Protection covers you against road salt, ocean spray, weather induced damage and excessive brake dust.  Also protect your vehicle’s entire paint area from fading, chalking, loss of gloss, sun UV rays, acid rain, tree sap, bird droppings, water spotting, industrial fallout, road salt, D-icing, ocean spray, paint over spray, fuel stains, and all insects.  Not only does it cover your paint but also your headlights, and trim molding.

Interior Protection

Keeping the inside of your vehicle looking great is just as crucial as protecting the outside.  With Northwest you get protection to your carpet, fabric, vinyl, leather, headliner and factory floor mats.  This includes burns and punctures up to 1 inch in diameter, rips and tears that are less than 6 inches and cracking of your dash.   Likewise, protect your interior for things like fading, sun UV rays, mold, mildew, chewing gum, loose seam stitches, food stains, drink stains, ink bleaches, dye, lipstick, makeup, crayons, urine, vomit, blood, and oil-based stains.
