2023 Toyota Prius

The all new 2023 Toyota Prius has made its debut in the United States and we couldn’t be more excited. There have been lots of upgrades and adjustments have been added to this year’s Prius. Today, we are going to look at all of the 2023 Toyota Prius options. The car is offered in three trims: LE, XLE, and Limited.

What’s Under The Hood

Under the hood of the 2023 Prius, you will find a 2.0L 4 cylinder  hybrid engine with a hybrid battery. Furthermore, this hybrid engine gets a combined MPG of  52. However, the base trim, the LE, gets a combined 56 MPG. This engine has 196 horsepower with multiple driving modes. The driving modes include: EV Mode, Power Mode, Eco Mode, and Regular mode. Next, the 2023 Prius can go from 0-60  in 7.2 seconds, making it the fastest Prius to date. The car also comes with electronic on-demand all-wheel drive, for when you are driving in any weather or off road terrains.

Exterior

The exterior of the new Prius has many new features that set it aside from the pervious year’s models. First, it has a fixed glass roof. This allows for more natural sunlight to come into the vehicle. Next, it has a low center of gravity; it’s designed to perform. When you drive it, you can feel its nimble handling in every turn and stability during acceleration and braking. It also comes standard with 19″ alloy wheels. These wheels have been designed specifically for this year’s Prius; to help it stand out even more in the crowd. Also, with the Toyota app, you can also start, lock, and unlock your Prius from your phone with digital key capability.

Interior

The interior of this car is superior to the previous models. It comes with a 12.3″ display screen that is equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. To pair with the audio features, the car comes standard with JBL speakers. Next, in the front seat, you have access to Qi Wireless charging to charge your phone and other wireless charging devices.

When you move to the back of the vehicle, the back seats have a 60/40 split fold down for when you need just a little more space. When the seats are folded up, the back has 20.3 cu of cargo space.

Safety

The new Prius comes with a long list of safety feature to ensure that you and your loved ones are protected. First, there are 8 airbags throughout the vehicle. Next, it has a blind spot monitor with rear cross traffic alert as well as safe exit assist. As always, the 2023  Prius comes with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 and Toyota Care.
