2023 Toyota Crown

The all new 2023 Toyota Crown has recently made its way to the United States. This model of the Toyota Crown is actually the 16th generation of Crown since its initial debut in Japan, in 1955. The 2023 Crown is a premium, full-sized sedan; available in three different trim levels. The three trims that are available are the XLE, Limited, and Platinum.

First, the XLE and limited come with a 2.5L Hybrid engine with EV mode. It also has a combined horsepower of 236. The platinum however, comes with a 2.4L turbocharged engine with a combined horsepower of 340. The first two trims get around 41 mpg with the 2.5L Hybrid. As for the platinum, it only gets a combined 30 mpg. However, the platinum can go 0 to 60 in 5.7 seconds, while the XLE and limited can go 0 to 60 in 7.6 seconds.

The 2023 Toyota Crown seats five people and has a full trunk, rather than a hatchback. The trunk has capacity of 15.2 cubic feet and the back seats also lay down to provide extra storage. It also comes with a 12.3″ display screen, equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The 2023 Toyota Crown is said to be the replacement of the Toyota Avalon. They are ending the Avalon era to make room for the new Crown era.
